What Paper Tiger does

Paper Tiger is a conversational assessment platform for hiring organizations. It conducts behavioral assessments through realistic AI-powered conversations, providing evidence for people decisions like hiring, promotion, and team development.

How it works

An interviewer schedules an assessment from the Paper Tiger dashboard. The participant receives an SMS invitation, self-schedules or starts immediately, and has a conversation with an AI persona through their browser. The conversation is scored on behavioral markers and the results are available to the hiring organization.

SMS communications

Paper Tiger sends transactional text messages to assessment participants on behalf of hiring organizations. Messages include assessment invitations, scheduling confirmations, and session links. Product access

Paper Tiger is currently in private pilot with select hiring organizations. Access is by invitation only.
