This privacy policy describes how Subtle Edge LLC ("we", "us") handles information collected through Paper Tiger, our conversational assessment platform.

What we collect

When a hiring organization schedules an assessment, they provide us with:

• Participant name
• Participant phone number (for SMS delivery)
• Assessment configuration (scenario, persona, duration)

During an assessment conversation, we collect the conversation audio and transcript for scoring purposes.

How we use this information

We use participant information solely to deliver and score the assessment on behalf of the hiring organization that scheduled it. We do not use participant data for any other purpose.

SMS data

Phone numbers collected for SMS assessment invitations are stored on the invitation record only. We do not sell, share, or distribute SMS opt-in data or phone numbers to third parties for messaging or marketing purposes.

Data sharing

Assessment results are shared only with the hiring organization that scheduled the assessment. We do not sell participant data. We share data with third-party services only as necessary to operate the platform:

• Twilio for SMS delivery
• Cloud infrastructure providers for hosting

Data retention

Participant phone numbers and invitation records are retained for the duration of the assessment engagement. Organizations may request deletion of participant data at any time.
